Discover what Tantra can offer you in your daily life. Tantra is about making contact with yourself and others, feeling your life energy and being able to use it for your well-being and that of your environment. Tantra is the way of acceptance of all there is in life. Just as there are many different practices of yoga, there are many forms of tantra. The Sanskrit word Tantra has several meanings. It can indicate something like broaden, broaden, enlarge. But it also has the meaning of weaving and connecting, of an ongoing process, of a theory, a system… Quite a wide expectrum of meanings, no wonder there are so many different ideas about tantra.
Nobody knows exactly when Tantra originated. It is an age-old tradition that had its heyday in India in the 6th century. The tantra we practice is based on different traditions and teachers. We offer what has worked for us over the past ten years and is as useful as possible in everyday life. We just pass on what others have taught to us
What can you expect in these two days? You will receive a course in different tantra techniques. We are going to practice making contact with others from within yourself, and especially including yourself in the contact. Through breathing exercises you will feel how you can let life energy flow in your body. We're going to talk about having fun and practice conscious touch. Meditation is also one of the pillars of Tantra, as the basis for learning to accept everything that arises. And we will dance and share as much as possible. Most exercises can be integrated into your daily life as a path in which spirituality and physicality come together.
All this happens in an atmosphere of openness and curiosity about each other, in an environment where you don't need anything and can be yourself, where you can come with all your joys and vulnerabilities.
