Coaching one on one
Both Anna and Mark give coaching sessions. Each with its own background and methodologies. We offer you the opportunity to start a coaching session with one of us. We use different locations for the coaching, but a walk in the open air can also be very nice. Over the past period we have had many conversations via Zoom, which always remains an option.
Mark
Mark has a very pragmatic approach. Coaches people to be brave and make choices to live by that. Together we look at where we come from, what we do and where we would like to go. Each coaching is a tailor-made project. Sometimes exercises or courses are an answer. Other times it is better to accept and occasionally it is better to work with more people, such as a partner.
Anna
As a work psychologist I have been coaching people for years towards a life that better suits their wishes and person. The way to get there can be very different. For some people, it is necessary to resolve past traumas. Some people just need to reconnect with their bodies and the wisdom within. Coaching sessions can also help you in a practical way to improve communication with your partner. Mindfulness is also a wonderful way to reconnect with your body and feelings, to help you accept yourself, feel your desires and thereby strengthen your life energy.
