Welcome to GROWING FURTHER - 3 days tantra retreat for people in a relationship

This 3 days retreat is for you if you want to have quality time together and to learn about intimacy, the spiritual path of tantra, communication and playfulness in the relation. We invite couples who followed the first course with us, Deep & Light Love, and also couples who are already into the path of tantra or personal growth with other courses, to join for the 3 days retreat GROWING FURTHER in Amsterdam.

In this 3 day retreat we will dive deeper into the dynamics of being a couple or being in a love relation if you have a relation of more persons. In the same way you change and grow as a person, your relation goes through transformations and new challenges. We are going to support you in the exploration of new desires and wishes and how to communicate them in a constructive way. We will also share knowledge about sexuality, the different needs partners can have and how to deal with the differences together. With tantric massages and rituals we will learn how to feel and share sexual energy and create a feeling of deep connection. On Saturday evening we will offer you the 5 elements tantric massage.

Your love relation gives you the great chance to grow personally and spiritually. Your relation can be the source of healing of trauma’s and pain of the past. Nobody triggers us more than our partner and every trigger is an opportunity to learn, to let old patterns go and to grow together.

Tantra practices are an important part of the retreat, not only connected to sexuality but as a way of living and healing together. Tantra gives us tools to connect with our body’s and emotions in a way that encourages acceptance. When we judge ourselves and fight against what we feel, we are in a place of resistance to life. Acknowledgement of every sensation and feeling is one of the most important tools we have to connect with ourselves and from there to connect with our partner. We will practice Tandava dance, tantric meditations, tantric couples dance, inquiry, playing with polarities and tantric breath work.

And of course… in the retreat GROWING FURTHER we are going to have fun and be playful and be as light as possible!

* Friday 10 May (10:00 - 17:30): About the balance between autonomy and connection.

* Saturday 11 May (10:00 - 17:00 and from 20:30-22:30): Intimacy and playfulness.

* Sunday 12 May (10:00 - 17:30): Opening to each other in new ways.

(the same Program will be offered during 13-14-15 December)

PRICE:

Early Bird: € 315,- p.p.

Regular Bird Ticket: € 345,- p.p

The ticket is per person and includes the retreat of 20 hours. It does not include accommodation and meals. You can choose to bring your own meal or to join us at midday with the lunch for a little contribution for groceries or to go to one of the nice restaurants in the neighborhood.
