Voorwaarden tot deelname

Voorwaarden deelname cirkels, trainingen, workshops of sessies bij Growing Loving Relations.

Fijn om samen bijeen te komen en samen te groeien. Uitgangspunt is dat we dat sowieso met wederzijds respect doen.  Hieronder een aantal afspraken en regels:

·      We dienen ons allemaal te houden aan het COVID-19 protocol van de overheid.

·      Als we een cursus volgen op locatie dienen we ons te houden aan de huisregels van die locatie.

·      Elke deelnemer neemt volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor zichzelf. Hij/zij staat open voor de stof of les die wordt aangeboden. Hij/zij dient zich dan ook in te zetten om zich op de geboden aanbiedingswijze de stof eigen te maken.

·      Vooraf en ook tijdens de workshop is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de deelnemer om de leiding te informeren over de relevante fysieke- en geestelijke gezondheidstoestand van de deelnemer. Ook is het relevant om gebruik en achtergrond van medicijngebruik te vermelden aan de leiding. Twijfel je over iets dan is dat sowieso een reden om het even met ons op te nemen.

·      Al onze workshops, trainingen en sessies doen wij zonder gebruik van verdovende middelen. Geen drugs, geen alcohol en geen tabak of vipers. Alcohol of drugs worden tijdens de pauzes dan ook afgeraden. Het beïnvloed niet alleen jezelf maar ook de gehele groep.

·      Deelnemers zijn persoonlijk verantwoordelijk voor schade die hij/zij toebrengt aan bezittingen van anderen of die van de trainingslocatie.

·      De leiding is gemachtigd tijdens de workshops een deelnemer die de cursusactiviteit belemmerd uit de workshop te verwijderen, zonder verdere restitutie.

·      Alle door jou aan ons geboden informatie zal door ons vertrouwelijke worden behandeld.

·      Wij beginnen elke relations cirkel, training of workshop of sessie met een Safety protocol. Alles wat in de cirkel, training, workshop of sessie wordt gedeeld, zowel door de deelnemers als door de trainers is vertrouwelijke en wordt niet of onherkenbaar gedeeld met derden. Dit geld zowel voor deelnemers als cursus leiders. Als je iets moet delen over een ervaring heb het dat slechts over die van jezelf. Zo creëren we een veilige omgeving om te delen en ons te openen.

Als je je inschrijft voor een cirkel, training, workshop of sessie verbind je je aan bovenstaande afspraken.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden

Door de betaling van de cursus ga je akkoord met de annuleringsvoorwaarden: tot 3 weken voor de cursus krijg je restitutie van het betaald bedrag na aftrek van 20% administratiekosten. Daarna is geen restitutie mogelijk behalve als jouw plek gevuld kan worden met iemand anders uit de wachtlijst.  Als de cursus niet door kan gaan wegens onverwachte reden van ons kant dan krijg je het volledig bedrag terug.

Privacy regeling & Persoonsgegevens

Growing Loving Relations vraagt de volgende persoonlijke gegevens: Naam en achternaam, Geboortedatum, Adresgegevens, Geboortedatum, Adres, Bijzondere klachten, ziekte of diëten, E-mailadres en Telefoonnummer. 

Deze gegevens hebben we nodig om deelnemers goed van dienst te zijn. We gebruiken de gegevens voor de volgende doeleinden:

·      Om contact op te nemen indien dit nodig is om onze diensten uit te kunnen voeren.

·      Om te kunnen oordelen of de cursus aansluit bij de cliënten. 

·      Om de cliënten te informeren over onze diensten door mails of nieuwsbrieven.

·      Om diensten af te leveren. 

·      Als we hiertoe verplicht zijn, zoals gegevens voor facturen en voor belastingaangifte.

Bij cliënten die zich via onze website aanmelden, sturen we informatie over nieuwe cursussen door middel van mails of nieuwsbrieven. Als cliënten deze informatie niet meer willen ontvangen, dan kunnen zich daarvoor afmelden door ons een mail te sturen naar growinglovingrelations@gmail.com.

Hoe lang worden gegevens bewaard
Growing Loving Relations zal de persoonsgegevens niet langer bewaren dan de wettelijke bewaartermijn voor de wettelijke bewaartermijn voor de fiscus: 7 jaar.

Delen met anderen/verstrekking gegevens aan derden
Growing Loving Relatins verkoopt de gegevens van cliënten niet aan derden en verstrekt deze niet aan derden. 

Gegevens inzien, aanpassen of verwijderen
Cliënten hebben uiteraard altijd de mogelijkheid om al de bij ons bekende persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen. Dit kan worden verzocht door een mail te sturen naar growinglovingrelations@gmail.com Binnen 4 werkdagen zullen we de cliënt informeren over onze acties. 

 Beveiliging
We hechten grote waarde aan de beveiliging en bescherming van de persoonsgegevens van onze cliënten. Alleen de oprichters van Growing Loving Relations, Mark Oostermeijer en Anna Prat i Bascompte krijgen toegang tot de persoonsgegevens en zijn tot geheimhouding van die gegevens, voor zover bij wet- of regelgeving niet anders is bepaald. 

Als je je inschrijft voor een cirkel, training, workshop of sessie verbind je je aan bovenstaande afspraken.

Terms and Conditions & Conditions for participation

Conditions for participation in circles, training courses, workshops or sessions at Growing Loving Relations.

Nice to get together and grow together. The basic principle is that we do so with mutual respect in any case. Below are some agreements and rules:

·      We all must adhere to the government's COVID-19 protocol.

·      If we follow a course on location, we must adhere to the house rules of that location.

·      Each participant takes full responsibility for himself. He/she is open to the material or lesson that is being offered. He/she must therefore make every effort to familiarize himself with the material in the manner offered.

·      Before and during the workshop it is the responsibility of the participant to inform the management about the relevant physical and mental health of the participant. It is also relevant to mention the use and background of medication use to the management. If you have any doubts about something, that's a good reason to take it up with us.

·      We do all our workshops, training and sessions without the use of narcotics. No drugs, no alcohol and no tobacco or vipers. Alcohol or drugs are therefore not recommended during breaks. It affects not only yourself but also the entire group.

·      Participants are personally responsible for damage caused to property of others or those of the training location.

·      The management is authorized during the workshops to remove a participant who hinders the course activity from the workshop, without further refund.

·      All information you provide to us will be treated confidentially.

·      We start every relations circle, training or workshop or session with a Safety protocol. Everything that is shared in the circle, training, workshop or session, both by the participants and by the trainers, is confidential and is not or unrecognizably shared with third parties. This applies to both participants and course leaders. If you need to share something about an experience, just say it about your own. This is how we create a safe environment to share and open up.

When you register for a circle, training, workshop or session, you commit to the above agreements.

Cancellation policy

By paying for the course you agree to the cancellation conditions: up to 3 weeks before the course you will receive a refund of the paid amount after deduction of 20% administration costs. After that, no refund is possible unless your spot can be filled with someone else from the waiting list. If the course cannot take place due to unexpected reasons on our part, you will receive a full refund.

Privacy Policy & Personal Data

Growing Loving Relations asks for the following personal information: Name and surname, Date of birth, Address details, Date of birth, Address, Special complaints, illness or diets, E-mail address and Telephone number. We need this information to provide participants with a good service. We use the data for the following purposes:

·      To contact you if this is necessary to be able to perform our services. ·      To be able to judge whether the course is appropriate for the clients. ·      To inform clients about our services through emails or newsletters. ·      To provide services. ·      If we are obliged to do so, such as data for invoices and for tax returns.

For clients who register via our website, we send information about new courses by means of emails or newsletters. If clients no longer wish to receive this information, they can unsubscribe by sending us an email to growinglovingrelations@gmail.com.

How long is data stored

Growing Loving Relations will not keep the personal data longer than the legal retention period for the statutory retention period for the tax authorities: 7 years.

Sharing with others/provision of data to third parties

Growing Loving Relatins does not sell or provide the data of clients to third parties To third parties.

Viewing, adjusting or deleting data

Clients of course always have the option to view, correct or delete all personal data known to us. This can be requested by sending an email to growinglovingrelations@gmail.com Within 4 working days we will inform the client about our actions.

Security

We attach great importance to the security and protection of our clients' personal data. Only the founders of Growing Loving Relations, Mark Oostermeijer and Anna Prat i Bascompte, have access to the personal data and are subject to the confidentiality of that data, unless provided otherwise by law or regulation.
